多重网络嵌入与产业集群知识共享关系研究

摘　　要：在文献回顾的基础上,以福建省三个产业集群为对象收集数据,采用问卷调查法考察多重网络嵌入对集群企业知识共享的影响,建立多重网络嵌入、动态能力、组织学习与知识共享间相互关系的结构方程,探究其作用机制。研究结果表明集群中多重网络嵌入对提升集群动态能力有显著正向影响,企业知识吸收和创造能力显著增强企业间知识共享,并且在多重网络嵌入和知识共享之间起到了中介作用,同时,探索式组织学习在动态能力对知识共享的影响中起到了调节作用。本研究在理论层面充实了产业集群知识共享影响因素在集群网络层面的探索,深化了多重网络嵌入影响知识共享内部机制的研究,并在实践中为产业集群建立更加完善的知识共享平台提供理论依据和管理启示。On the basis of literature review, this paper collects data from three industrial cluster of Fujian province, establish the struc- ture of the equation between multiple embedded network, dynamic capabilities and organizational learning and knowledge sharing, and explore their mechanism of action. Research results show that the multiple network embedded in the cluster has a significant positive effect on improving the dynamic capacity of cluster, enterprise knowledge will markedly enhance its capability of knowledge absorption and creation between enterprises, and played a mediating variable between muhiple network embedded and knowledge sharing, at the same time, the exploratory organization study has moderating effect between the dynamic capacity and knowledge sharing. Therefore, under the background of industry cluster should be fully appreciated for its role in multiple network embedded, improve the knowledge absorption and creation ability of enterprises, encourage enterprises in the use of exploring organizational learning, in order to improve the efficiency of information flow and knowledge sharing of the cluster to strengthen competitive advantage.
