摘  要:该文针对包含柴油发电机、风机和电池储能系统的独立型微网,以运行成本最小为优化目标,建立了考虑系统网架结构特征的优化调度模型。选取风功率削减因数、发电机节点电压、电池充放电功率以及功率变换器PCS(power conversion system)的无功补偿功率作为优化变量,利用考虑潮流的遗传算法对模型进行求解。该模型不仅为包含网架结构的独立型微网优化调度提供了方法,同时还分析了不同的储能容量和储能接入位置对微网经济运行成本、系统网损和风电渗透率的影响。通过一个实际的独立型微网算例,对文中所提的模型及方法进行了验证。In this paper, an optimal dispatching model with the consideration of grid structure is constructed to mini- mize the operation cost of an isolated microgrid, which consists of diesel generator, wind turbines and battery energy storage system. The curtailment factors for wind power, generator bus voltages, charge/discharge active power of batteries and reactive compensation power of power conversion system(PCS)are chosen as the optimization variables, and genetic algorithm with the consideration of power flow is adopted to solve the dispatching model. This model not only provides the optimal dispatching method for an isolated microgrid with the consideration of grid structure, but also analyzes the effects of different energy storage system capacities and locations on the operation cost, system loss and wind power penetration rate. Finally, the proposed model and method are verified through a real isolated microgrid.
