摘　　要：目的:分析2009-2012年山东省卫生总费用的筹资水平、筹资结构及变化趋势。方法:从各类统计年鉴中收集数据,采用卫生总费用评价方法进行数据分析。结果:2009-2012年,山东省卫生总费用从873.85亿元增长至1342.03亿元,年均增长速度为18.36%,在东部省份中排名第5;人均卫生总费用年均增速为17.48%,在东部省份中排名第3;个人现金卫生支出占卫生总费用比重逐年下降,政府卫生支出比重逐年上升;城乡居民个人现金卫生支出占可支配收入及消费性支出的比重总体呈下降趋势。结论:政府卫生投入力度加大,卫生筹资结构更加合理;居民就医负担总体下降,城镇居民与农村居民就医负担差异明显。Objective： The paper analyzed funding levels, funding structure and trends of total health expenditure from 2009 to 2012 in Shandong prnvince. Methods： Tile data were collected from various statistical yearbooks. We analyzed the data using evaluation method of total health expenditure. Results： From 2009 to 2012, the total expenditure on health grew from 87.385 billion yuan to 134.203 billion yuan in Shan- dong province at an average annual growth rate of 18.36 percent, ranked No.5 in the eastern provinces; the per capita total expenditure on health average annual grew at the rate of 17.48 percent, ranked No.3 in the eastern -provinces; the proportion of out-of-pocket health expenditure ac- counted for the total expenditure on health was declining year by year, the proportion of government health spending was increasing year by year; the proportion of out-of-pocket health expenditure of urban and rural residents accounted for the disposable income and consumer expenditure to- tally was appearing the downward trend. Conclusion： Government had strengthened investment in health, made the structure of health financing to be more reasonable ; the burden of residents on medical expenditure was overall declining , urban residents was significantly different from rural residents on the burden of medical expenditure.
