摘  要:目的研究糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾组织五聚素-3(PTX3)的表达情况及贝那普利对其影响。方法 33只雄性Wistar大鼠建立DN模型后,随机分为3组:正常对照组(NC组)﹑糖尿病肾病组(DN组)﹑贝那普利组(BE组),每组11只,BE组给予贝那普利10 mg/(kg·d)灌胃,NC和DN组以等量蒸馏水灌胃,1次/d,连用12周,之后检测血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肾重指数、尿微量白蛋白排泄率、肾组织PTX3的表达。结果 12周末,DM组大鼠肾组织中PTX3表达明显高于NC组(P<0.01),BE组的表达显著低于DM组,高于NC组(P<0.01);PTX3表达与尿白蛋白排泄率呈正相关(r=0.954,P<0.01)。结论 PTX3表达在糖尿病大鼠肾组织中明显增加,抑制蛋白尿表达可减少PTX3的表达。Objective To investigate the expressions of PTX3 in the kidney of Diabetic Nephropathy( DN) rats and the effects of Benazepril Hydrochloride on them.Methods After establishment of DN model,33 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: Normal control group( NC group),diabetic nephropathy group( DN group) and Benazepril Hydrochloride group( BE group),11 rats in each group.The BE group was given by lavage Benazepri,and the same volume of distilled water was lavaged to the two other groups.Twelve weeks later,Blood Glucose,Glycosylated Hemoglobin,kidney weight index,urinary albumin excretion and the expressions of PTX3 were measured.Results At the end of 12 th week,the expressions of PTX3 in the DN group were significantly higher than those in the NC group( P〈0.01) and the expressions in the BE group were lower significantly than those in the DN group,but significantly higher than those in the NC group( P〈0.01).And the expressions of PTX3 showed a strong positive correlation with the level of Proteinuria( r = 0. 954,P〈0.01).Conclusion In the renal tissue of Diabetic rats,the expressions of PTX3 significantly increased,and inhibiting the expressions of Proteinuria can decrease the expressions of PTX3.
