恩施州不同地区野生旋覆花的生长特性及伴生植物的调查

摘　　要：目的分析恩施不同地区野生旋覆花的生长特性情况及其伴生植物群落特征,为其大面积规范化种植提供参考。方法采用典型样地调查法,对恩施不同地区的野生旋覆花的分布特点、种群密度、生存土壤情况和伴生植物等进行研究。结果野生旋覆花主要分布在东经109°~110°、北纬29°~30°,海拔490~1 800 m阳光较为充足的区域。其生长区域的土壤以黄棕壤、沙壤、黑壤为主,地表层多为腐殖土。伴生植被类型主要为草本,群落结构包括灌木和草本2个层次,灌木层种类极少或无灌木。伴生植物共计21科37属39种,其中草本植物占优势（19科35属37种）,菊科植物最多,比重系数为54.13%。结论野生旋覆花对生态环境要求不高,可依据本研究成果实现旋覆花大面积规范化种植,发挥其观赏价值及药用价值。Objective To analyze the growth characteristics and accompanying plants of wild Inula japonica Thunb in different areas of Enshi to provide a reference for its Good Agricutual Practice（ GAP）.Methods The typical sample survey method was used to study the distrbution characteristics,population density,survival soil and accompanying plants of wild Inula japonica Thunb in different areas of Enshi.Results The wild Inula japonica Thunb mainly distributed in the regions with enough sunshine,located at east longitude 109° to 110°,north latitude 29°to 30° and at an altitude of 490 ~ 1 800 m.As well,the survival soils of these regions mainly were yellow-brown soil,sandy siol and margalitic soil,which covered with humus soil.The accompanying plants mainly were herbs and the community structure included 2 levels of shrub and herbs.The shrub layer species were little or there were no shrubs.Its accompanying plants reached 21 families,37 genera and 39 species and the herbs were in a dominant position with 19 families,35 genera and 37 species.The Asteraceae family was the most types in the accompanying plants（ 54. 13%）.Conclusion The wild Inula japonica Thunb has a normal requirement for the ecological environment. The Good Agricutual Practice may be come true according to this study to play its ornamental and medicinal values.
