一般情况及家庭照顾对老年人选择居家养老的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨一般情况及家庭照顾对老年人选择居家养老的影响,为更好的开展居家养老服务提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样方法在河北省唐山市路南、路北区抽取2个社区,对社区内的724名老年人,应用一般情况及家庭照顾情况调查表和老年人养老意愿调查表进行问卷调查。结果 724例老年人中有228例选择居家养老,占31.5%;月收入<1 600元、原工作单位为事业单位、子女全部在身边的老年人选择居家养老所占的比例分别为39.6%,34.4%,33.3%,是老年人选择居家养老的影响因素。结论月收入低、原工作单位性质为事业单位、子女全部在身边的老年人更愿意选择居家养老。Objective To investigate the influence of the general situation and family care for elderly people choosing home care, and to provide a theoretical basis for better carrying out home care service system. Methods Two communities each in Lunan and Lubei were chosen randomly in Tangshan City,Hebei Province. Totally 724 residents aged 60 years or older, whose living time were 6 months and above, were investigated with general and family care questionnaire and The Aged willingness survey. Results In 228 of 724 cases of the elderly chose home care, the proportion was 31.5% ;In the impact of the general and home care for the elderly to choose home care, the proportion of elderly people whose monthly incom of less than 1 600 yuan,retired from public institution or children all around choosing the home care were 39.6%, 34. 4%, 33.3% respectively. These factors affected the elderly choosing home care. Conclusions Lower income, institutions or children all around the elderly are more willing to choose home care.
