摘　　要：探讨团场医院实施临床路径管理的意义,探索适合团场实际情况的临床路径管理方法。以新疆生产建设兵团第三师53团医院为试点单位,结合当地情况,选取合适的病种实施临床路径管理,对实施过程中的问题、实施的效果等进行观察分析。临床路径的实施,显著地提高了医院的管理效能,缩短了平均住院天数,降低了平均住院费用,不仅顺应全国医疗改革的推进,也是落实团场改革重要的方面之一,值得进一步的全面推广。但由于团场医院基础条件薄弱、各类人才缺乏等原因,推行临床路径存在一定的障碍,需进一步深入研究。To investigate the significance of clinical pathway management in farms hospital, and to explore suitable methods of clinical pathway management for farms. 53 Regiment Hospital of of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was selected as clinical pathway management pilot hospital, and suitable disease was chosen to implement clinical pathway management, the questions in implementation process and implementation effect was observed and analyzed. The implementation of clinical pathway significantly improves the hospital management efficiency, shortens the average days of hospitalization, reduces the average expenses of hospitalization. Clinical pathway management in farms hospital is conforms the nationwide medical reform, also one of the important aspects of implementing farms reform, and is worth to be popularized. However, there are certain obstacles in implementation of clinical pathway such as weakness of the hospital basic conditions and lack of all kinds of talents, it is need to be deeply studied.
