摘　　要：文中围绕国际海事组织正在讨论的船舶温室气体减排市场机制中的船舶能效激励市场机制展开分析,结合当前船队船龄结构、船舶产业发展和国内外相关研究成果论述该机制对中国航运业和造船业产生的潜在影响,进而围绕供给侧改革提出我国海事业应对船舶温室气体减排市场机制的发展建议和策略。The paper focuses on the ship energy-efficiency incentive market system of the ship greenhouse gas emission reduction market scheme under the discussion of IMO. In view of the present conditions of ships＇ age structure in fleets, ship industry development and domestic and foreign research findings, the paper studies the potential influence of the plan on China＇s shipping industry and shipbuilding industry and proposes suggestions and strategies for the maritime industry to respond to the greenhouse gas emission reduction market scheme based on the reform of the supply front.
