摘 要:超高层建筑是城市土地集约利用和城市科学布局的有效结合。从微观角度,对中国超高层建筑地理分布及未来发展趋势进行定性描述,发现中国超高层建筑建设正步入快速发展阶段,且从区域分布来看,中西部区域中心或二三线城市正成为超高层建筑建设的重点区域。从宏观角度,对1996-2012年间我国的超高层建筑建成数量和经济发展指标进行定量分析,发现超高层建筑建成数量与经济增长之间存在长期的均衡关系,超高层建筑开发的经济效应显著。High-rise building is an effective combination of urban land intensive utilization and scientific layout. On the one hand, this paper makes a qualitative description, in the terms of microcosmic, of geographical distribution of Chinese high-rise buildings and its development trend, and then we find it' s stepping to the rapid development stage. And from the point of view of regional distribution, the heart land of western region or the second and third tier cities is becoming the key areas of the construction of Chinese high-rise buildings. 0n the other hand, this paper makes a quantitative analysis concerning the completed number and economic development index of high-rise buildings from 1996 to 2012, from the perspective of macrocosmic. The results show that there is a long-standing balance relationship between the completed number and economic growth;and the economic effect of the development of high-rise buildings is remarking
