摘 要:针对目前国内4 MW大功率柴油机试验电能的机械回收方案,存在的回收效率低、机械磨损大、维护成本高等问题,在对比分析机械式回收法与普通变流逆变回收法的基础上,提出一种新的大容量变流式电能回收系统.该系统的关键在于谐波抑制和治理.分析认为,该回收系统具有运行成本低、节约能源、电能转化效率高、电能质量稳定、谐波含量低的特点,预计投资收回期3年左右,经济效益理想.该系统亦可运用于其他大功率电机等设备长时间试验的电能回收.According to energy recovery problem in large power diesel test, harmonic inverter high frequency modulation or PWM take multiple measures to reduce or suppress the power generated in recovery system, and based on the existing mechanical recovery system which uses a prime mover driven generator power recovery system. The paper analyzes of diesel engine test recovery unit of three methods, namely the resistance consumption method, mechanical recovery method and brake tubeinversion recovery method, then proposed two solutions, namely "Back-to-back'' inverter dc boost converter and inverter feedback principle. These led grid inverter feedback scheme. The new system has the characteristics of a low operating cost, energy saving, high energy conversion efficiency, stable electric energy quality. Recovery system is expected to invest recovery period of about 3 years, the economic benefits is ideal.
