摘  要:目的:探讨儿童学校恐怖症的临床特点并实施心理护理干预。方法:对笔者所在中心确诊的64例儿童学校恐怖症的患儿进行现状调查,分析其发生原因及临床特点并实施干预措施。结果:64例儿童学校恐怖症患儿发生因素主要为患儿自身因素、家庭及学校因素有关,其临床特点主要表现为躯体症状并伴发焦虑情绪等。针对性对其实施药物及心理护理干预,使89.06%的患儿重返学校。结论:儿童学校恐怖症是由多种因素所致,其临床表现以躯体症状及焦虑情绪为主,对其进行药物治疗并实施有效的心理护理干预,可收到满意的效果。Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of children with school phobia and psychological nursing intervention.Method: 64 children with school phobia were investigated in our center, the causes and clinical characteristics were analyzed and the intervention measures were implemented. Result: 64 children with school phobia children with the main factors of children's own factors, family and school factors, the clinical characteristics of the main manifestations of physical symptoms and accompanied by anxiety and so on.Targeted implementation of drug and psychological nursing intervention, so that 89.06% of the children to return to school.Conclusion: Children's school phobia is caused by a variety of factors, the clinical manifestations of physical symptoms and anxiety in the main, the drug treatment and the implementation of effective psychological nursing intervention, can be satisfied with the effect.
