摘　　要：浅析美国畜牧业科技风险投资的现状及优势,其成功经验在于广泛的资金来源,合理的投资规模,完善的政策法规。美国风险投资发展最早、较为成熟、不断完善,有效地促进了其畜牧科技产业的繁荣,对我国畜牧业科技风险投资主要有3点启示:一是调整政府行为,科学适度发挥政府作用;二是完善畜牧业科技风险投资运行机制;三是加强畜牧业科技风险投资法律建设。Analysis of the status and advantages of science and technology venture capital investment in the United States,a wide range of sources of funds, a reasonable investment scale, improve the policies and regulations are its successful experi- ence. The development of risk investment in the United States is the earliest mature in the world and continue to improve, and effectively promote the animal husbandry science and technology industry＇ s prosperity, there are three main inspirations for China＇ s animal husbandry science and technology risk investment： First , adjust the behavior of the government, scientific and appropriate to play the role of government; Second, perfect operation mechanism of animal husbandry science and technology risk investment; Third, strengthen the legal construction of animal husbandry science and technology venture investment.
