摘  要:目的:设计以直升机为平台的批量换乘吊篮,实现舰-船、舰-岸间海上伤病员短距离垂直批量换乘,以提高平、战时海上伤病员的救治和后送速度。方法:通过对吊篮的结构优化设计和安全性计算,在限制体积、质量的前提下,采用椭圆柱形结构和网式连接,实现吊篮空中运行姿态控制、折叠存放和承载伤员的站卧位混装,使之一次可混装承载6名轻伤员和2名卧位伤员。结果:通过实验室验证性试验、环境试验、舰上和空中性能试验以及适应性试验,结果显示吊篮实用性强,可进行批量伤员的换乘,满足海上伤员换乘和后送需求。结论:吊篮性能稳定,可进行站位和卧位伤员的混合装载,实现海上舰-船、舰-岸之间人员垂直批量换乘、短距离快速转运。Objective To design a casualty transfer crane based on the helicopter to execute short-distance ship-to-ship or ship-to-shore vertical transfer for multiple patients so as to facilitate sea casualty treatment and evacuation at war time and peace tiem.Methods Structure optimization and safety analysis were carried out for the crane.With the premise of limitation on the volume and weight of the crane,a cylindroid structure and netlike connection were used to achieve the controlling of crane position,folding storage and standing-sitting patients mixed loading.The maximum loading population were 6 standing patients and 2 litter patients.Results The crane proved reliable by the indoor verification experiments,environment experiments,shipboard and aviation function tests and adaptation experiments,which met the requirements for transferring multiple patients on sea.Conclusion The crane realizes mixed loading of ambulatory and litter patients,and can be used for short-distance ship-to-ship or ship-to-shore vertical transfer and rapid transport for multiple patients.
