摘  要:目的:为克服普通线锯手柄功能局限、易脱钩、易致锐器伤、无携带孔、握持不适及线锯条与储盒不便携等弊端,设计多功能三叶型一体化安全线锯手柄。方法:参照国家标准,运用精铸、注型、研磨、冲压、镗削、车钻、刨铣、倒角、抛光及化学或电解蚀刻镂空并辅以淬火、真空热处理等工艺加工处理,采用激光打标、铣齿、滚花、电火花及激光穿孔。选用三叉星型、"C"型闭锁口、回转钩、闭式自动复位、磁吸、鹅头形、沙漏形、葫芦形、锥形及镂空等人机工程原理设计结构。线锯手柄、导引器、线锯条及储盒采用一体化设计。结果:该装置一械多用、安全便携、锯储一体、抗损防丢、握持舒适、性价比高,达到了预期的设计目标,得到了临床医护人员及实习生的认可。结论:该装置安全舒适、易储便携、功能齐全,可有效预防锐器伤,提升手术功效。且平战皆宜,适用于巡回医疗、应急保障。Objective To design a multifunctional clover-shaped integrated safety wiresaw handles to eliminate the deficiencies of the existing wiresaw handle in function,operation,portability and etc.Methods The handles were manufactured with the techniques of precision casting,metal injection molding,grinding,stamping,boring cut,lathe and drill machining,milling,punching,boring,edge rounding,polishing,electrolytic etching,quenching,vacuum heat treatment,laser marking,gear milling,knurling,electric spark drilling,laser beam perforation and etc.Such structures were involved in the handles as the ones of trigeminal star,C-shaped,rotary hook,closed automatic reset,magnetic absorption,hourglass,cone-shaped and etc.Integration design was performed for the handles,conductor,thread saw blake and preserver.Results The handles gained advantages in multifunction,safety,portability,integration,wearing proof,comfortability and cost,which met the desired requirements and satisfied medical staffs and medics.Conclusion The handles behave well in safety,comfortability,storage,portability,multifunction and prevention of sharp instrument injury,and can be used for medical tour and emergency medical support at war time or peace time.
