摘　　要：目的:解决药品采购计划的弊端,通过信息化手段来优化工作流程和工作方法,提高工作效率。方法:根据药品的消耗、库存、缺药系数、比重系数等数据综合设计出较为合理的药品采购算法,并根据算法开发出信息系统。结果:药品采购算法得出的药品采购数量较为准确地反映出当前药品的需求,减少了临床经常性缺药的情况,也为药品采购管理提供了较为准确的参考。结论:该系统的实现解决了以前药品采购中出现的种种弊端,简化了药库管理人员的工作,使药品采购与管理更加科学、规范与合理。Objective To apply informatization measures to drug procurement planning to enhance the working efficiency.Methods A drug procurement algorithm was proposed based on the data of drug consumption,inventory,shortage coefficient and etc,and then an drug procurement plan information system was developed.Results The quantity of procured drug determined by the proposed algorithm was rational and reliable,and laid a foundation for drug procurement administration.Conclusion The system eliminates the deficiencies in previous drug procurement and simplifies the working flow of drug storehouse staffs.
