摘 要:目的:为满足多模态荧光内窥成像质量控制的需求,研究对该类产品进行性能评价的理论和平台。方法:根据内窥镜探头运动轨迹进行数学建模,研究光辐射安全需要的估算方法;搭建实验平台,对内窥镜光学探头设计进行测试,包括焦点、焦距、信号随距离的衰减等重要信息;通过设计体模和开展实验,测试不同模态之间的图像配准问题。结果:得出了光辐射的计算公式,为光辐射安全的评价提供了理论依据;获得了不同探头设计对应的焦点和焦距的变化规律以及距离校正曲线;验证了待测设备的图像配准精度。结论:该实验方法和平台可以有效地对多模态荧光内窥成像进行评价。Objective To study theoretical methods and platforms to test the performance of multimodality fluorescence endoscopy(MFE) products and meet the needs of quality control of such types of medical devices.Methods A mathematical model was established according to the path of the MFE catheters,and the method for calculating optical radiation was studied.An experimental platform was constructed to test the optical properties of MFE catheters,such as focal length,focal spot size and attenuation with distance.Phantom experiments were designed and conducted to study the precision of image registration between different modalities.Results The equation to calculate optical radiation was deducted,which provided theoretical reference for optical radiation safety evaluation;the relation between focal length,focal spot size and catheter design was acquired;the distance attenuation curve was estimated;the precision of image registration by the equipment under test was estimated.Conclusion The methods and experimental platform may effectively evaluate the performances of MFE devices.
