摘  要:喀斯特峰丛洼地虽降水量丰富(多年平均降水量1 000 mm以上),但特殊地质地貌结构导致地表水向地下水转化速度快,地表可利用水资源极其匮乏,人水矛盾极为突出。以喀斯特峰丛洼地发育极为典型地区平塘县为案例,在参考前人研究成果的基础上,结合研究区区域特征,根据驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应(DPSIR)概念模型构建水资源安全度评价框架,筛选出27个因子构建评价指标体系,运用多级模糊综合评判法,结合熵权法,定量计算2005~2013年平塘县水资源安全度综合指数,并初步分析其水资源安全度的影响因素及其作用机制。结果表明:研究期间平塘县水资源安全度整体状况不佳,但呈良好的变化趋势,水资源安全度综合指数呈增大的变化趋势,从2008年的-0.2161上升到2013年的0.1920;2008、2009、2010年水资源安全度隶属等级均介于一般与不安全之间,2011、2012年介于较安全与一般之间。Although the precipitation in typical karst peak-cluster depression is abundant( average annual precipitation over 1000 mm),the special geological and landform structure results in surface water quickly turning into underground water,causing the lack of utilizable surface water resources,and the contradiction between human and water. Taking a typical karst peak-cluster depression area- Pingtang County for example,referring to previous research achievements,considering the regional characteristics of the target area,we built an evaluation framework for the water resources security degree based on DPSIR conceptual model,selected 27 factors to build the evaluation index system,quantitatively calculated the water resources security degree of Pingtang County from 2005 to 2013 with multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combined with entropy method,and preliminarily analyzed the factors influencing the water resources security degree and their mechanism. The results showed that,the water resources security situation in Pingtang County was not good during the study period,but had a good change tendency. The water resources security degree comprehensive index was increasing,from- 0. 2161 in 2008 to 0. 1920 in2013. The water resources security degree was between "general"and "unsafe"in 2008,2009 and 2010,and between "safer"and "general"in 2011 and 2012.
