摘　　要：肚带河水库是以防洪为主,结合灌溉、养殖等综合利用的小(1)型水库。由于投资少,工程标准低,经过多年的运行,水库的安全隐患问题日益突出,需要对水库土坝、泄洪洞等工程进行安全加固。结合该水库的工程地质条件,根据泄流方案、有关设计依据,对该工程的土坝、泄洪洞进行了工程设计与复核,为工程的投资决策、施工与管理提供技术指导。Jidaihe River reservoir is a small （1） reservoir mainly for flood control, irrigation, aquaculture and comprehensive utilization.Due to low investment,low construction standard,after many years of operation, reservoir safety problems have become increasingly prominent and it need the security reinforcement of reservoir dam, spillway tunnel engineering.Combined with the engineering geological conditions of the reservoir,according to the discharge scheme, the design basis, the dam and spillway engineering is designed and reviewed, to provide technical guidance for project investment decision-making, construction and management.
