摘　　要：习近平提出"中国共产党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质特征"的新论断。该论断不仅是对马恩列毛经典作家关于社会主义理论精神的提炼升华,而且继承和发展了邓小平以来中国特色社会主义的本质理论,同时还是新形势下坚持党的领导对建设社会主义重要性的现实考量。The new statement ＂ The leadership of CPC is the most essential feature of Socialism with Chinese characteristics＂,put forward by XI Jinping,is not only the refining and sublimation of the spirit of the socialist theory mentioned by the Marxist classical writers including Marx,Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong,but also the inheritance and development of the theory about the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics since Deng Xiaoping. At the same time,it is a realistic consideration of the importance of upholding the leadership of CPC to build socialism in the new situation.
