摘　　要：思想政治教育创新型人才培养,从学科的视角看,关系到思想政治教育学科的可持续性发展以及学科在学界的地位;从国家的视角看,关系到社会主义事业接班人和建设者的培养乃至整个中国特色社会主义建设事业的成败。探索思想政治教育学科创新型人才培养具有重要的理论和实践意义。思想政治教育学科成立30年以来取得了一批重要成果,培养起一批优秀创新人才。这些人才呈现高学历、分布不均、学习与工作单位一致性等特征。要培养思想政治教育创新人才必须重视985高校的作用,发挥学科高地的作用、注重地区发展平衡。The cultivation of innovative talents in ideological and political education,viewing from the academic angle,is related to the sustainable development of the discipline as well as its position in the academic circle,and viewing from the angle of the state,it is related to the cultivation of the successors and builders of socialist course as well as the success or failure of the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore,to explore the development of those personnel is of great theoretical and practical significance,because a lot of achievements have been produced and a large number of talents have been trained since the establishment of the discipline. Features about this group are presented as being highly educated,unevenly distributed and staying in the unit where they learn and work. To cultivate innovative talents in ideological and political education,attention must be paid to the role of ＂ 985 Project＂ universities,the role of highland disciplines,with focusing on balanced development among regions in the meantime.
