摘　　要：为进一步推进全国防沙治沙工作,本文对中国各省区沙化土地现状及其动态变化、存在的问题及困难、所面临的机遇与形势进行分析,总结全国防沙治沙存在的困难和问题以及面临的发展机遇和有利条件,并根据目前防沙治沙形势,提出"十三五"期间中国防沙治沙工作的目标任务、总体布局和建设重点。The current situation and its dynamic change of desertificated land of different province in China were analyzed in this paper, and relevant problem, difficulties, development opportunities and favorable conditions for anti-desertification were summarized, the goals, tasks, general layout and infrastructure construction strategies in terms of desertification prevention and control during the Thirteenth 5-year-plan period were further put forward in the final.
