超市化整合汽车备件物流的新路径研究

摘　　要：随着汽车行业反垄断的深入和售后维修行业的转型,大量汽车同质配件获准进入市场竞争,其物流路径引起广泛关注。通过对汽车备件物流进行SWOT-PEST战略分析,设计以城市共同配送为基础的汽车备件超市,建立其运作模型及其业务流程;同时针对供应链上供应商发货、配送中心收货、库存管理和零部件包装进行物流分流介绍,各节点处根据货物前后流向进行细化分流。在供应链全程信息化保障下,达到由备件超市保证产品质量、为供应商和消费者提供全过程的物流供应链一体化服务的目的。With deep anti-monopoly in auto industry and transformation of the repairing industry,a lot of homogeneous auto parts are being allowed to enter the competition in the market and its logistics path attracts much attention.Through analyzing auto spare parts logistics with SWOT-PEST,its supermarket logistics on the basis of the urban joint distribution was designed and its operating model and business processes were established.According to the flow of goods at the front,the logistics was refined at each node which contains supplier deliveries,distribution center receiving,inventory management and parts packaging.Finally,information throughout the supply chain should be established so as to guarantee quality of product and provide services for suppliers and consumers of the entire process of logistics supply chain.
