摘　　要：为分析、评价和建设军民融合式军交运输应急保障机制提供思路,简述了基于ISM的军民融合式军交运输应急保障机制系统的构建方法,构建了军民融合式军交运输应急保障机制系统的解释结构模型,分析了军民融合式军交运输应急保障各机制之间的联系及在整个机制系统中的地位。In order to provide ideas for the analysis,assessment and construction of a civil-military integrated military transportation emergency support mechanism,this paper introduces the method of establishing an ISM-based civil-military integrated development military transportation emergency support mechanism,upon which an interpretative structural model is established and the relationships among the involved elements are analyzed.
