摘　　要：随着我国畜牧业的快速发展，植物源性添加剂在养殖生产过程中被广为应用。其中，芳香类的草本植物和中草药类添加剂应用最广。这类添加剂具有抗菌、抗氧化和增强免疫力的功能。此外，还有研究表明，植物源性添加剂具有增香除臭、提高饲养动物采食量的作用。本文主要阐述植物源性添加剂的概念、分类、抗菌、抗氧化、增强免疫力的作用和机制以及在养殖生产中的应用现状。With the development of animal husbandry in China, plant-derived additives are widely used in livestock and poultry breeding. Among these, aromatic herbs and Chinese herbal medicine additives are most commonly used, which have antibacterial, antioxidant and enhance immunity function.In addition, studies have shown that, plant-derived additives can increase feed flavor and remove odor.This article mainly described the classification of plant-derived additives, concept, antibacterial, antioxidant application status in livestock and , enhance immunity function, mechanism of action and its poultry breeding
