华佗再造丸治疗脑梗死及其后遗症150例探讨

摘　　要：目的通过总结本院门诊近5年来应用华佗再造丸与注射用头孢唑啉钠联合治疗脑梗死及其后遗症150例临床病例,阐述华佗再造丸与注射用头孢唑啉钠联合治疗脑梗死及其后遗症的有效用药方案。方法回顾性将使用华佗再造丸合注射用头孢唑啉钠治疗脑梗死及其后遗症病例150例与红花口服液治疗脑梗死及其后遗症150例随机进行收集和比较分析。结果治疗组显效率明显优于对照组。结论华佗再造丸合注射用头孢唑啉钠治疗脑梗死及其后遗症有效,是目前治疗脑梗死及其后遗症疾病首选用药。Objective To elaborate the effective regimen of Huatuo Zaizao p：ill and cefazolin sodium for injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its sequelae through summarizing 150 cases in the past 5 years in clinic. Methods Huatuo Zaizao pill combined with cefazolin sodium for injection and safflower oral liquid in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its sequelae for 150 cases were collected and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Huatuo Zaizao pill and cefazolin sodium for injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its sequelae is effective. It is the preferred drug use in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its sequelae.
