朱颖教授治疗月经前后诸证经验总结

摘　　要：月经前后诸证,西医称之为"经前期综合征",一直困扰众多女性,却未被引起重视,现代医学尚无一种统一的、特异的治疗方法,主要是针对症状给予相应的对症用药处理,以纠正水肿,调节植物神经功能和激素疗法为主,并不为广大患者所接受,而中医擅长辨证及从整体观出发进行治疗,根据症候辨证施治是中医治疗月经前后诸证的优势所在,效果甚佳,尤其是经行泄泻,经行乳房胀痛,经行头痛疗效显著,笔者跟随朱颖教授学习后总结如下。The syndromes around menstruation are called ＂premenstrual syndromes＂ by Western medicine. It has plagued many women, but it has not been taken seriously. Modern medicine hasn＇ t have a unified and specific treatment, most main is corresponding symptomatic drug treatment for symptoms to correct edema, adjust plant nerve function and hormone therapy. However, it is not accepted by the patients. And traditional Chinese medicine is good at syndrome differentiation treatment, and starting from the overall view based on the syndrome differentiation to treat the syndromes around menstruation is the advantage of TCM treatment. The curative effect is particularly good, especially in diarrhea, breast tenderness, the headache when coming to the menstruation. After studying from the Professor Zhu Ying, the author summarized as follows.
