耳穴联合温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型失眠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析探讨耳穴贴压联合温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床治疗效果。方法将61例患者根据不同治疗方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组分别为32例和29例。治疗组服用中药方剂温胆汤加减配合耳穴贴压,对照组服用西药艾司唑仑,两组均治疗一疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.63%,对照组为89.65%,两组总有效率相当,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论用耳穴贴压联合温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型失眠疗效确切,不良作用小,无成瘾性,无宿醉现象,能被大多患者接受,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ear acupoint pressing combined with Wendan decoction in treatment of insomnia of phlegm-heat attacking internally. Methods 61 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group of 32 patients was treated with ear aeupoint pressing and taking the Wendan decoction. The control group of 29 patients took estazolam. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90. 63% and 89.65% , respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Ear acupoint pressing combined with Wendan decoction in treating insomnia of phlegm-heat attacking internally has definite clinical effect, littLe side effects, no addiction and no hangover, and mostly people can accept it. It is worthy of promotion.
