解析射干麻黄汤适应症用药特点及变异应用

摘　　要：目的探讨射干麻黄汤的适应证、用药特点及变异应用。方法选择2012年9月—2015年2月期间我院收治并采取射干麻黄汤治疗的422例咳嗽患者为研究对象,其中根据其证型不同分组,风寒咳嗽组122例、风热咳嗽组60例、燥火咳嗽组80例、痰湿咳嗽组82例、体虚咳嗽组78例,对比治疗效果,并结合临床经验总结射干麻黄汤的适应症、用药特点、变异应用。结果体虚咳嗽组、风寒咳嗽组治疗效果明显高于其他三组临床疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射干麻黄汤治疗咳嗽疗效显著,应熟练掌握射干麻黄汤的用药特点及其变异应用。Objective To investigate the indications, drug characteristics and variation application of Shegan Mahuang decoction. Methods 422 cases of cough patients who were treated with Shegan Mahuang decoction in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the disease type, they were divided into cold cough group （122 cases） , wind heat cough group （60 cases） , dryness heat cough group （80 cases）, phlegm dampness cough group （82 cases） and body deficiency cough group （78 cases）. We compared the therapeutic effect, combined with the clinical experience, and summarized indications,, drug characteristics and variation application of Shegan Mahuang decoction. Results The therapeutic effect of body deficiency cough group and cold cough was significantly higher than that of the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shegan Mahuang decoction in treating cough had significantly curative effect. We should master the medication characteristics of Shegan Mahuang decoction and its variation application.
