摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》是我国古代一部杰出的医学著作,代表了中国古典医学的巅峰,至今仍对中医临床发挥着重要的指导作用。临床实践指南是系统开发的循证建议,用来帮助相关人员选择适宜的医疗保健措施,代表了临床医学的发展趋势,在国际上得到了广泛的重视。中医药循证临床实践指南是一个新生事物,在指南的编制过程中,指南开发团队经常面临着如何将现代指南的开发方式与传统中医学相结合,如何体现出中医学特点等难题。文章以《伤寒杂病论》为蓝本,分析其在条文写作、疾病处理等若干问题的处理方式,为现代中医循证临床实践指南的编制提供启迪。Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases is an outstanding masterpiece of TCM, which represents the highest of ancient TCM medical standard and still benefits clinical practice. Clinical practice guidelines（CPGS） are systematicallydeveloped guidelines which help the doctors to choose the right medical measures and represent the tendency of modern medicine and attract more and more attention in the world. The development of TCM CPGS is a new business and in the processing, we often face the dilemma of how to combine the modern development methods of CPGS and the characteristic of TCM. This article analyzes the written skills and diseases interventions of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, to provide reference to the development of TCM CPGS development.
