摘  要:文章探讨了国医大师刘尚义教授治学与思辨用药特色。刘教授认为中医之本是中医经典著作,在临床中既要借鉴现代医学的理论和技术以"引西润中",更强调要根植于中医基础理论体系,以中医的思维方法诊治疾病,并崇尚在继承中大胆创新。他诊断疾病时注重"举重若轻",善于从纷繁的症状中辨识出疾病的病机关键以重点治疗。在具体处方时更是用药精当,方药虽简却内涵丰富。他指出中医学与博大精深的中华传统文化有着密切的联系,欲成大医,不仅要有精深的专业理论,还要旁通多家学问,尤其是应有深厚的国学底蕴,才能在疾病的诊治过程中触类旁通,出神入化。刘教授还善用药性,对于药性为"静"的药物的应用可谓立法巧妙,卓尔不群。The paper discusses the thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) master LIU Shang-yi and his medication characteristics. LIU Shang-yi believes that the classic of traditional Chinese medicine is the basic of TCM. In the process of learning TCM, he thinks that the theory and technology of modern medicine should ‘bring west embellish traditional', and pay attention to the basic theoretical system of TCM, and treat diseases by TCM thinking, also bold innovation in the inheritance is advocated. In the treatment, he focuses on ‘be big and drive small', he is good at identifying the key pathogenesis of disease from complicated symptoms. In the specific prescriptions, his prescription is appropriate, and rich in connotation. He points out that traditional Chinese medicine has close connection with Chinese traditional culture. The one who wants to be a great doctor needs not only profound professional theory, but also knowledge of many other fields, especially needs profound information of studies of Chinese ancient civilization, then it could comprehend by analogy in disease diagnosis and treatment, then reach the acme of perfection. LIU Shang-yi is good at using the nature of drugs, especially the drugs with the nature of ‘jing'.
