摘　　要：黄连阿胶汤是《伤寒论》中的经典方剂,但《伤寒论》叙述本方的条文过于简单,文章从抓主证的角度,分析此方病机及其在临床中的应用,并通过验案举隅简要说明此方适用于神经系统疾病、出血性疾病、胃肠系统疾病、糖尿病周围神经病变等多种疾病。Huanglian E-Jiao Decoction is a classical prescription from Shanghan Lun, but the description on this prescription in Shanghan Lun is too sketchy. This article analyzed the pathogenesis and clinical application of Huanglian E-jiao Decoction from the perspective of main symptom, and illustrated proved cases to explain the range of use of this prescription, including nervous system disease, hemorrhagic disease, gastrointestinal system disease and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. neuropathy.
