浅析山药在《医学衷中参西录》中的应用

摘　　要：山药药性平和,作用广泛,能补益脾肺肾,是药食两用的佳品,但历代医家鲜有重用者。近代名医张锡纯却对山药青睐有加,广泛应用于临床,且常为君药。文章从张氏代表作《医学衷中参西录》入手,浅析了张锡纯对山药的应用,发现其在山药的用法、用量及剂型选择上都有准绳,临床上主要用于劳热、喘咳、淋浊、久痢、泄泻和消渴等方面。The yam is mild and has extensive role. The yam can benefit spleen, lung and kidney. It is very well as a medicine or food. But the generations of physicians seldom reuse. The famous doctor who was named ZHANG Xi-chun, liked to use yam in his work of Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination. This article proceeds with this work to discuss the application of yam. ZHANG Xi-chun makes rules for the usage, dosage and preparation forms of yam. In clinical practice, the yam is mainly used in these aspects such as consumptive disease, asthmatic cough, stranguria, dysentery, diarrhea and diabetes.
