摘　　要：银屑病是一种与免疫有关的慢性炎症性皮肤病,西医学从平衡"免疫网络"角度进行研究,中医学按照银屑病的不同证型辨证施治,二者有着极大的共通性。文章将从T辅助细胞(Th)细胞分化及相关细胞因子的表达入手,对中医药治疗银屑病中有关免疫功能异常的研究进展进行综述。Psoriasis is a chronic immune related inflammatory skin disease, modern medicine focuses on the balance of ‘immune network＇, while traditional Chinese medicine uses the method of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and there is a great commonality between them. This paper will start with the differentiation of Th cells and the expression of related cytokines to review the research progress of using TCM to treat psoriasis which is associated with abnormal immune function.
