王秀霞运用温肾健脾法治疗经行口糜个案分析

摘　　要：经行口糜是指女性每值临经或经行之际,出现的口腔、舌黏膜溃破糜烂,经净后自愈,月月周期性发作为特点的疾病。历代医家多从阴虚火旺、心火上炎、胃火炽盛等方面论治。临床医生常用导赤散、知柏地黄丸等清热解毒,滋阴祛火之剂。临证中偶见1例脾肾阳虚型的患者,王教授认为,对于该型经行口糜,温肾健脾治疗才是根本,疗效确显。The ulcer during menstruation is a disease monthly happens, which is characterized by occurring oral mucosal ulcer before or during menstruation and recovering after that. In ancient times, most doctors agree on the pathogenesis such as exuberant fire due to yin deficiency or excessive heart fire flaming up or exuberance of stomach fire. Using medicine to clear away heat-toxin and nourish yin to reduce fire like Daochi powder or Zhibai Dihuang pill are common.
