丹栀逍遥散对肝火上扰型突发性耳聋患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹栀逍遥散对突发性耳聋患者血液流变学及临床疗效的影响。方法突发性耳聋肝火上扰证患者64例,随机分2组:实验组32例、对照组32例,两组均予糖皮质激素、营养神经药物和抗氧化剂常规治疗,实验组加用丹栀逍遥散加减口服,观察治疗前后听力及血液流变学指标的变化,并进行临床疗效分析。结果实验组的疗效优于单纯西药治疗组,实验组平均听力的提高较对照组更具优势,并在改善血液流变学方面优于对照组。结论肝火上扰型突发性耳聋运用丹栀逍遥散进行中医辅助治疗,可改善症状,对听力的提高及血黏度的改善具有促进作用,值得向临床进一步推广及开发。Objective To observe Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on hemorheology and clinical effect in patients with sudden deafness. Methods 64 cases of sudden deafness with liver fire flaring up invading upward were randomly divided into experimental group （32 cases and control group （32 cases）. The two groups were given glucoeorticoids, neurotrophic drugs and antioxidant therapy. The experimental group was treated additionally with oral Danzhi Xiaoyao powder. The change of bearing and hemorheology in the two groups before and after treatment was observed, and the clinical effect was analyzed. Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The average bearing of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The experimental group was better than that of the control group in improving hemorheology. Conclusions The application of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in sudden deafness with liver fire flaring up invading upward can improve symptoms, promote blood viscosity and hearing, and it is worthy of further promotion and development.
