摘  要:目的:在针刺治疗慢性心肌缺血小型猪模型实验中,采用CT灌注增强扫描证实其疗效,现总结实验技术,重点是优化静脉穿刺及埋针方法,保障高压注射的成功率,准确有效实施穴位埋针。方法:选择猪的耳缘静脉,熟悉其解剖特点,结合高压注射的要求,总结穿刺技术方法以及穴位埋针技巧。结果:前4头小猪因采用与临床患者相似的穿刺方法,图像质量不高,其后逐步改进及优化穿刺与注射技术,图像质量明显好转,保证了实验结果的可靠性。结论:通过反复练习,总结出小型猪静脉穿刺及高压注射方法,从而保障了CT心脏灌注扫描的成功。Objective: When the minipig model with chronic myocardium ischemia was treated by acupuncture, the heart perfusion enhanced CT scan was conducted to verify the efficacy. The methods of venipuncture and imbedded needle were optimized to ensure the success of the high-pressure injection and effective acupuncture stimulation. In the paper the experimental techniques were summarized. Methods: The experiment experience showed that the anatomical characteristics of the pig ear margin vein should be familiar before puncture, and the requirements of high pressure injection should be carefully considered. The skill of puncture and the technique of embedding needle could be acquired. Result: The puncture method of the first four pigs was similar to patients, so the image quality was not high, followed by the gradual improvement and optimization of the puncture and injection technology, image quality significantly improved to ensure the reliability of test results. Conclusion: Through practicing the skill of veinipuncture, the high pressure injection is successfully conducted in the CT scan for minipig heart perfusion.
