同仁堂儿童清肺口服液解热、抗炎、抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察由儿童清肺丸经工艺和剂型改进研制后的口服液的药效学作用。方法:采用酵母菌致热法观察解热作用;小鼠耳肿胀实验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀及醋酸诱发小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验观察其抗炎作用;采用体外液体微量稀释法进行呼吸道相关致病菌抑菌实验。结果:儿童清肺口服液可抑制酵母菌所致大鼠发热,明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀程度和大鼠足跖肿胀度,降低腹腔毛细血管通透性。儿童清肺口服液对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎球菌、肺炎杆菌有抑制作用,抑制率均为100%,儿童清肺口服液的MIC50为40.86mg生药/m L。结论:儿童清肺口服液具有明显的解热、抗炎及抑菌作用。Objective： To observe the pharmacodynamics effects of Ertong Qingfei Oral Liquid modified from Ertong Qingfei Pill by changing the form and manufacturing technique.Methods： The antipyretic effect was detected by a model of rats with fever induced by yeast. The anti-inflammatory function of Ertong Qingfei Oral Liquid was monitored through mice ear swelling, carrageenan-induced mice paw swelling model and mice model with increased abdominal capillary permeability caused by acetic acid. The in vitro liquid microdilution was used to conduct an antibacterial test related to respiratory pathogens. Results： Ertong Qingfei Oral Liquid brought down the fever induced by yeast, significantly suppressed the mice ear swelling and paw swelling, and reduced the abdominal capillary permeability in mice. It was also effective in inhibiting staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, pneumococcus and pneumobacillus with the inhibition rates of 100%. The MIC50 was 40.86 mg crude drug/m L. Conclusion： Ertong Qingfei Oral Liquid has significant antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
