摘　　要：目的:系统评价穴位刺激法对阿片类稽延性戒断症状改善的有效性与安全性。方法:通过对中英文数据库(2000年-2015年)检索,选出关于针灸戒毒的临床随机对照研究的相关文献,行研究方法的质量评估。再提取结局指标的有效数据进行Meta分析。结局指标包括:稽延性戒断症状总分,焦虑症状积分,抑郁症状积分,睡眠障碍积分及渴求感。结果:共纳入16篇随机对照研究的文献,共计1 080例患者。结果:穴位刺激法在改善阿片类稽延性戒断症状(包括焦虑、抑郁症状、睡眠障碍及渴求感)方面显著优于对照组。结论:穴位刺激法显著改善阿片类稽延性戒断症状,且不良反应小。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint stimulation on improving opioid protracted withdrawal symptoms. Methods： Chinese and English databases were systematically searched（2000-2015）, the published papers that related to acupuncture detoxification and belonged to randomized controlled trials（RCTs） were selected, the quality of research methods were evaluated, the effective data of the outcome measures were extracted to conduct Meta-analysis. The outcome measures include： protracted withdrawal symptom score, anxiety symptom score, depression symptom score, sleep score and craving score. Results： Sixteen trials involving 1 080 patients meet the inclusion criteria for Meta-analysis. Results： The acupoint stimulation reduced the opioid protracted withdrawal symptoms better than the control group, which including anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and desire syndromes. Conclusion： Acupoint stimulation is an effective and safe treatment for the postdetoxification phase of opiate addiction.
