复方丹参滴丸与阿司匹林用于血液透析患者冠心病的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:通过随机对照试验,比较合并冠心病的维持血液透析患者应用复方丹参滴丸或阿司匹林的临床获益与安全性。方法:纳入本单位合格受试者,随机入组复方丹参滴丸组或阿司匹林组,记录治疗前后人口学特征、透析相关参数、实验室检查指标,以及1年期间发生的死亡、心血管事件、住院事件、出血事件,比较两组之间上述指标的差异。结果:研究共筛查了213例维持性血液透析患者,按照纳入和排除标准,53例合格受试者随机入组复方丹参滴丸组(27例)和阿司匹林组(26例)。两组患者在基线资料方面未见统计学差异。观察期间,阿司匹林组有1名患者中途退出。两组患者终点事件的风险、出血事件发生风险比较无显著性差异。两组患者的住院事件发生频率无显著性差异。结论:对于合并冠心病的维持血液透析患者,可选择复方丹参滴丸或阿司匹林作为二级预防用药,二者对临床结局的影响作用相当。Objective： To compare the effectiveness and safety of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills（CDDP） or Aspirin for hemodialysis patients with coronary artery disease（CAD） through a randomized controlled trial. Methods： Eligible subjects were included and randomized into Aspirin group and CDDP group. Their demographic characteristics, hemodialysis parameters, laboratory indexes, endpoint events（all-cause death, cardiovascular death）, hospitalization events and major bleeding events during one-year were recorded and compared between groups. Results： 213 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were screened in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria. 53 qualified subjects were randomly divided into Aspirin group（26 cases） and CDDP group（27 cases）. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in baseline data. 1 patient was dropped out in Aspirin group. The differences of risks of endpoint events and bleeding events in two groups were not statistically significant. And there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of hospitalization events in two groups. Conclusion： For hemodialysis patients with CAD, CDDP or aspirin could be used as secondary prevention drug of CAD with equal effect on clinical outcomes.
