部分军队医院ICU护理品管圈应用与培训情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解当前军队医院ICU护理品管圈活动的开展与培训情况,为品管圈活动的进一步推广提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对55所军队医院55名ICU护士进行调查。结果 50.91%的医院开展过护理品管圈活动,27.27%的科室计划开展品管圈活动,81.82%的护理人员有开展品管圈活动的意愿。对活动认识不够、工作忙、、品管手法不熟练及学习气氛不足是开展活动过程中遇到的主要问题,护理人员对品管圈十大步骤及品管手法掌握平均得分较低(2.68±0.32)分。结论目前军队三甲医院ICU护理品管圈活动开展比较广泛,且应用需求强烈;但护理人员对品管圈的步骤及品管手法掌握水平较低,建议采取多种形式加强培训,以提高品管圈活动的应用效果。Objective To understand the application and training of Quality Control Circle（QCC）activi-ties of ICU nursing staffs in military hospitals,in order to provide evidence for futher clinical practice of QCC activities.Methods A descriptive study was conducted through investigating 55 nurses from 55 mili-tary hospitals using the self-designed questionnaires.Results QCC activities have been conducted in 50.91% of military hospitals,and 27.27% of departments had to conduct the QCC.There were 81.82% of nurses among all the respondents were willing to participate in QCC.Lacking of deep understanding of the activities,busy work,non-proficiency in QCC and poor learning environment were the main problems dur-ing the implementation process.The average score of QCC ten steps and QCC skills was（2.68±0.32）.Con-clusions QCC has been widely used in ICU of military hospitals,and nursing staffs still have strong inter-ests in participating QCC.However,the mastary level of QCC steps and skills are low in nursing person-nel,which the trainings are recommended,thus to improve the application effect of QCC activities.
