西北民盟民主经济思想探析——以《秦风·工商日报联合版》为例

摘　　要：民盟西北总支部(即西北民盟)是中国民主同盟在北方较早成立的地方支部,在争取政治民主的同时,西北民盟对总盟13条经济政策的贯彻尤为关注。抗战结束后,西北民盟对陕西农业恢复生产的建议主张集中体现于其喉舌《秦风·工商日报联合版》中,表现出与当时共产党人新民主主义经济理念较多的趋同,成为二者日后政治交流合作不可或缺的因素。Northwest NLD was the local branch of China Democratic League,founded early in the North of China.While carrying out democratic politics,Northwest NLD paid close attention to Shaanxi rural economic problems in the implementation of 13 economic policies. After the end of the Anti-Japanese War,the proposals by Northwest NLD for Shaanxi agricultural construction were embodied in Qinfeng,the Joint Version of Industry and Bussiness Daily,which showed the same manifestation with Communist Party＇ s New Democratic Economic policy,an indispensable factor helped the two sides to accomplish their political exchanges and cooperation.
