摘 要:精细分层注水是低渗透油藏保持地层能量、提高水驱动用程度最经济有效的技术手段。针对丛式井组大斜度井分注管柱有效期短、测试调配成功率和效率低的问题,研发了大斜度井桥式同心分层注水工艺技术。该技术将配水器和可调式水嘴同心一体化创新集成,配套同心电缆高效测试调配工艺和封隔器电动直读验封工艺,具有测试调配成功率高、测调效率高以及多级分注适应性强等特点。在长庆南梁油田注水开发中进行了规模应用,分注管柱有效期延长至3年以上,测调成功率93%,平均单井测调时间4~6 h,具有广阔的推广应用前景。Precise layered water injection is the most economical and effective technology for maintaining the formation energy and increasing the recovery rate of water flooding in low permeability reservoirs. The water injection strings for high angle cluster wells had the disadvantages of short working life,low success ratio and low efficiency of testing and production adjustment. The Technology of Bridge Type Concentric Layered Water Injection for high angle well was thus developed. This technology integrates the water header with the adjustable nozzle concentrically,using concentric cable to perform testing and adjustment effectively,and using the technology of electric readout and setcheck of packers,resulting in high success ratio and high efficiency in test and adjustment,and high adaptability of stage injection. This technology has been applied in water flooding in large scale at Nanliang oilfield in Changqing,the working life of injection string was extended to over 3 years,the success ratio of testing and adjustment was 93%,the average single well testing and adjusting time 4-6 hours. It will be put into popular application.
