摘 要:随着大牛地气田的不断开发,低压低产井比例逐年增多,气井排液难度越来越大,亟需引进排液新工艺。涡流排水工艺通过改变气液两相流态,可以降低气井的临界流速与井筒压降,是一种高效、低成本有效解决低压低产井排液问题的方法。现场试验发现,普通涡流工艺气液分离率低,排液效果较差,无法满足矿场应用要求。因此,在分析原有涡流工具存在问题的基础上,从导流槽密封性和螺旋角度优化两方面着手,设计导流槽密封涡流新工具,试验气井日增产气1 000 m^3,生产时率增加2.63%,放空频次明显降低,有效改善了气井的排液效果。With the development of Daniudi gas field,more and more low-pressure low-production wells increase annually. It becomes harder to drain out formation liquids. New drainage technology is urgently required. The eddy current drainage technology can change the two-phase flow pattern of gas-liquid,reducing the critical flow velocity and the borehole pressure drop of gas wells. It is effective and at low cost method to help solve the drainage problem in low-pressure low-production wells. However,field tests showed the common eddy current drainage technology had the disadvantages of poor gas / liquid separation and poor liquid drainage,not able to satisfy the field needs. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the common eddy current tools,by optimizing the sealing with the tubing and the spiral angle of the guide groove a new eddy-current tool with sealed guide groove was developed. After put into application,the daily gas production was increased by 1000 m^3/ d,production efficiency 2. 63% higher,venting frequency obviously reduced,the liquid drainage in gas wells was effectively improved.
