仿生钻井液在磨溪119井的应用研究

摘  要:四川磨溪区块沙二~珍珠冲地层井段常出现区域性垮塌,钻进时蹩跳严重,起钻易挂卡。钻井液易受软泥岩造浆污染,黏切升高,导致起下钻遇阻、泥包钻头等井下复杂情况经常发生,从而对钻井液的防塌抑制性提出了很高的要求。针对磨溪区块的井壁稳定难题,在磨溪119井应用了井眼强化型仿生钻井液体系。现场应用效果表明,仿生钻井液具有较强的抑制性能和较好的防塌效果,保障了磨溪119井上部复杂该井段的安全顺利钻进。试验井钻井过程中井壁稳定,起下钻顺畅,无任何井下复杂事故,达到了预期效果。When drilling from Shaximiao to Zhenzhuchong formation in Sichuan Moxi block,many downhole complications caused by wellbore instability often occur,such as regional wellbore collapse,high drill string torque,and stuck pipe during tripping out. Mud can easily be contaminated by clay in shale formation which can result in bit balling and tripping difficult.Therefore,greater demands are being placed on the wellbore stabilizing performance of drilling fluid. For solving the wellbore instability problems in Moxi block,bionic drilling fluid was applied in Well MX- 119. The field application results indicated that bionic drilling fluid had good performance in inhibiting hydrated dispersion of clay in shale formation and preventing wellbore sloughing,which guaranteed a safe and rapid drilling in challenging upper formations. During drilling,the wellbore wasmaintained stable,without any downhole complications,and all tripping was very smooth. The field test achieved the desired targets.
