摘 要:针对焦石坝地区韩家店、小河坝、龙马溪组为大段硬脆性泥页岩,地层层理、微裂缝发育,易剥落掉块、坍塌,地层承压能力低,大斜度井段摩阻高,扭矩大,定向托压严重等问题,通过采用提高低剪切速率黏度、抑制深层泥页岩水化膨胀、纳米封堵技术、高效仿油基润滑技术等方法,在室内研究开发了一套高性能水基钻井液体系,该体系具有强抑制性、低剪切速率黏度高、封堵性强、润滑性好、失水低、配方组成简单等特性。该体系在焦页103-2HF井现场应用表明,该钻井液适合韩家店、小河坝、龙马溪组等地层的需要,能够提高井壁稳定性和地层承压能力,具有极大的推广应用价值。Drilling at Jiaoshiba area is featured with large sections of hard brittle shales like Hanjiadian,Xiaoheba and Longmaxi etc,with stratigraphic bedding and microcracks developed,liable to have shale peeling off and well slouging,the pressure formations can hold being low,high torque and friction existed when drilling deviated sections,and serious WOB transmission problem when drilling directional wells,etc. By increasing the viscosity at low shear rates,inhibiting hydration swelling in deep shales,adopting nanometer materials for plugging and high-efficiency MEG for lubrication,a high performance waterbased drilling fluid system was developed. It had high inhibition,high viscosity at low shear rates,good plugging capability,good lubrication,low water loss and simple composition. The system was applied in Well Jiaoye 103- 2HF,the results showed that the drilling fluid was suitable for drilling in Hanjiadian,Xiaoheba,Longmaxi formations,it improved the wellbore stability and the pressure formations held got higher. It is worth wide application.
