摘 要:研究了分离自桉蝙蛾Endoclyta signifer Walke的6株白僵菌Beauveria spp.菌株的菌落生长、产孢量及孢子萌发率等生物学特性。结果表明,菌落生长最快的是菌株B-36,菌落直径为53.08±1.01 mm;产孢量最大的是B-77,产孢量为(29.80±1.95)×10~5个/mm^2;孢子萌发率最高的是B-41,GT_(50)值为13.74 h。对桉蝙蛾毒力最高的菌株是B-36,LT_(50)值为7.06 d。形态学及rDNA-ITS序列分析结果显示菌株B-36为球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana。The bionomics such as colony growth,spore yield and spore germination rate of 6 strains of Beauveria spp. isolated from Endoclyta signifer Walker were studied. The results showed the Colony of B-36 grewfastest with a diameter of 53. 08 ± 1. 01 mm,B-77 had the largest spore yield which was( 29. 80 ± 1. 95) ×10^5 spores / mm^2,and the spore germination rate of B-41 was the highest with GT50 value of 13. 74 h. The laboratory toxicity test showed that B-36 was the toxicist strain with LT50 value of 7. 06 d. The morphology and r DNA-ITS sequence analysis showed that strain B-36 was Beauveria bassiana.
