摘  要:目的探讨神经调节蛋白1(NRG-1)对体外循环(CPB)心脏停搏大鼠的心肌保护作用。方法选取成年健康雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、NRG-1预处理组,每组10只。B、C组大鼠参照文献建立CPB模型,NRG-1预处理组大鼠在CPB心脏停搏前30 min腹腔注射NRG-1,正常对照组大鼠置于恒温干净环境中正常喂养。比较3组大鼠血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平及血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素A2(TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)水平。结果模型组和NRG-1预处理组大鼠血清CK-MB、LDH、MDA水平及血浆ET、TXA2水平高于正常对照组,血清SOD、GSH-Px水平及血浆PGI2水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05);NRG-1预处理组大鼠血清CK-MB、LDH、MDA水平及血浆ET、TXA2水平及低于模型组,血清SOD、GSH-Px水平及血浆PGI2水平高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论 CPB可引起心脏停搏大鼠心肌损伤,NRG-1对CPB心脏停搏大鼠具有一定心肌保护作用。Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effect of neuregulin 1 ( NRG-1 ) in rats with cardiac arrest under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods A total of 30 healthy adult mate SD rats were selected and randomly divided into A group, B group and C group, each of 10 rats. Of B group and C group, CPB model was prepared according to the reported literatures, meanwhile rats of C group were given intraperitoneal injection of NRG-1 before 30 minutes of cardiac arrest ; rats of A group were normally fed in constant temperature and clean environment. Serum levels of CK-MB, LDH, MDA, SOD and GSH-Px, plasma levels of ET, TXA2 and PGI2 were compared among the three groups. Results Serum levels of CK-MB, LDH and MDA, plasma levels of ET and TXA= of B group and C group were statistically significantly higher than those of A group, while serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px, plasma PGI2 level of B group and C group were statistically significantly lower than those of A group ( P 〈 0. 05) ; serum levels of CK-MB, LDH and MDA, plasma levels of ET and TXA2 of C group were statistically significantly lower than those of B group, while serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px, plasma PGI2 level of C group were statistically significantly lower than those of B group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion CPB may cause myocardial damage in rats with cardiac arrest, while NRG-1 has certain myocardial protective effect in rats with cardiac arrest under CPB.
