摘 要:以黄瓜强雌自交系‘G5-2’和全雌自交系‘298’为试验材料,研究不同化学试剂(赤霉素、硝酸银和硫代硫酸银)不同浓度和处理时期对诱雄效果的影响。结果表明,强雌系材料的最佳诱雄试剂和浓度为800 mg·L-1赤霉素,最佳喷施时期为1叶1心期、2叶1心期各1次;全雌系材料的最佳诱雄试剂和浓度为600 mg·L^(-1)硫代硫酸银溶液,在1叶1心期、3叶1心期各喷施1次可取得最佳效果。该结果对生产中雌性系黄瓜材料的诱雄技术具有重要指导意义和应用价值。As experiment material, two cucumber inbred lines predominately gynoecious‘G5-2' and gynoecious ‘298' were used to research the effect of inducing male flowers by different concentrations of different chemical reagents (gibberellic acid, silver nitrate and silver thiosulfate) in different cucumber seedling stages. The results showed that, for predominately gynoecious material, 800 mg.L-1 gibberellic acid could be the best reagent and concentration to induce male flowers most when the seedlings were treated one time in first true leaf stage and second true leaf stage. For gynoecious material, 600 mg. L-1 silver thiosulfate could be the best reagent to induce male flowers when the treatment was happened one time in the first true leaf stage and the third true leaf stage. The results had very important directive meaning and application value for cucumber male flowers inducing,
