摘  要:介绍了几种常见的气液分配器形式及工作原理,包括溢流型分配器、抽吸型分配器和混合型分配器,详细介绍了FRIPP开发的新型气液分配器的主体结构和工作原理,该分配器在某公司加氢反应器进行了工业应用,运行结果表明,床层温度分布均匀,同一床层各测温点温差≤1℃,显示了其优异的性能,具有广阔的市场前景。Forms and working principles of several common gas-liquid distributor were introduced,including the overflow type distributor,a suction type distributor and mixed type distributor.The main structure and the working principle of new gas-liquid distributor developed by FRIPP were described.The distributor had been used in the hydrogenation device in a company.The running results showed that,the bed temperature distribution was uniform,the temperature difference of every temperature measuring points in the same bed layer was less than or equal to 1 ℃,so the new gas-liquid distributor showed excellent performance,had a broad market prospect.
