摘　　要：目的 探讨肩胛下区肌肉、骨骼及胸背动脉的高频超声检查方法及声像图特征。方法 收集健康志愿者50名,其中男25名,女25名。分别进行肩胛下区肌肉、骨骼和胸背动脉的高频超声检查,测量胸背动脉起始段内径及收缩期血流速度峰值,并进行统计学分析。结果 高频超声可清晰显示肩胛下区肌肉、骨骼的解剖结构及毗邻关系。胸背动脉起始段的内径为（1.46±0.09）mm,95%CI为（1.41,1.53）mm,医学参考值范围1.12~1.81mm。收缩期流速峰值为（43.6±7.9）cm/s,95%CI为（40.1,46.2）cm/s,医学参考值范围30.4~55.9cm/s。男、女胸背动脉起始段内径的差异有统计学意义（1.50±0.11）mm vs（1.43±0.09）mm,P〈0.05]。结论 高频超声可清晰显示肩胛下区肌肉、骨骼及胸背动脉的解剖结构及毗邻关系,对肩胛下区病变的检查具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore high frequency ultrasound examination method and ultrasonogram characteristics of muscles, bones and thoracic dorsal artery in infrascapular region.Methods Totally 50 healthy volunteers were collected, including 25 males and 25 female. High frequency ultrasound examination of muscles, bones and thoracic dorsal artery were performed. The inner diameter of thoracodorsal artery initial segment and peak blood flow velocity in systole stage were measured. Statistical analysis was carried out.Results High frequency ultrasound clearly showed musculoskeletal system of infrascapular region and adjacent structures. Inner diameter of thoracodorsal artery initial segment was （1.46±0.09）mm, 95%CI was （1.41,1.53）mm, medical science reference range was 1.12-1.81 mm. Peak blood flow velocity in systole stage was （43.6±7.9）cm/s, 95%CI was （40.1, 46.2） cm/s, medical science reference range was 30.4-55.9 cm/s. There was significant difference of inner diameter of thoracodorsal artery initial segment between males and female （[1.50±0.11] mm vs[1.43±0.09] mm, P〈0.05）.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can clearly show musculoskeletal system of infrascapular region and adjacent structures. It has certain clinical application value to examine scapular lesions.
